Belly dance is a beautiful and expressive dance form that celebrates movement, music, and self-confidence. This class is designed specifically for beginners, so no previous dance experience is needed. Our focus will be on learning the basic movements, improving body awareness, building coordination, and most importantly, having fun.
Throughout the class, we'll break down each movement step by step, including hip drops, shimmies, undulations, and simple combinations. You'll learn at a comfortable pace in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Remember, belly dance is for everybody, regardless of age, fitness level, shape, or experience. There is no "perfect" way to move. The goal is to enjoy the journey, connect with the music, and discover your own unique style.
